Attention Parents and Guardians! VOLUNTEERS NEEDED As many of you know, March is the month that the entire district starts CSAP testing. Because healthy bodies equals healthy minds, J. Evans prepares and delivers breakfast to each classroom, for every student, during this time. We are looking for approximately 7-10 volunteers to help out in the mornings by delivering breakfast to each of the classrooms, helping with the clean up and gathering up the attendance rosters. Having you volunteer your time enables the teachers to concentrate on helping the students do their absolute best, and the office staff to keep the office running smoothly.
You do not have to commit to everyday...even if you can only do a couple, that'd be great! We appreciate all the hard work you do for your child and your community.
When: March 9th, 10th, 11th, 16th, 17th, and 18th
Time: 8:15 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
What: Helping to deliver breakfast, clean up and gather attendance sheets
Who to Call: Dawn Hillman @ 348-3610 or Meridith Russell @ 348-3611
